What it does
Offer Cooldown lets you choose how often the same customer can accept the same offer. During that interval, the customer’s flow skips that offer and still shows your other offers.
Who it’s for
You can use it for credits and discounts that customers repeatedly claim when they start to cancel.

You can set the interval under “Repeat acceptances” in the Offer editor.
