How it works
When a subscription payment fails, Checkout Champ notifies Churn Buster and a recovery campaign opens for that customer. Churn Buster schedules the payment retries and a sequence of emails (and optional SMS) across the recovery window. When a payment succeeds, the campaign closes automatically.

Do I still need Checkout Champ's recycle billing, or does Churn Buster run the retries?
Churn Buster runs the retries. We set the retry schedule up with you so it doesn't run alongside Checkout Champ's recycle billing, and customers get one coordinated recovery process instead of two overlapping sets of attempts.
Does Churn Buster replace Checkout Champ's recovery?
No. Checkout Champ owns your checkout, funnels, and subscriptions. Churn Buster adds the recovery layer on top.
Will Churn Buster cancel subscriptions while payments are failing?
Not mid-campaign. Churn Buster works the full recovery window first. If every retry fails, Churn Buster can cancel the subscription at the end of the campaign, a behavior we configure with you.
Why do my first few weeks of numbers look low?
Campaigns take weeks to resolve, and Churn Buster counts a campaign only once it completes. Early cohorts read low and settle as full campaign cycles finish.
