Platform Integration
What it does
Churn Buster sends Dunning and Cancel Flows events, such as campaign_won and cancel_session_lost, to a webhook in real time. A pipeline tool such as Fivetran loads them into Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or another warehouse.
Who it’s for
This integration is for teams that analyze recovery and cancellation activity alongside payment processor or CRM data. You can query the events with SQL or use them in your BI dashboards.
Where to find it
You can add a webhook subscription under Settings → Integrations → Webhooks in Churn Buster.
Limits
Your pipeline tool needs to accept incoming webhooks. Events start flowing when you connect; Churn Buster doesn’t automatically backfill earlier events. You can export historical data as CSV.
