Capture links for specific customers
Churn Buster creates a custom card update page URL for each of your customers. You can send customers this link to update a credit card, even if the customer isn't in a campaign.
- If using a custom Capture link, the preferred card update page may be different from the link you'll find using the methods below.
Method 1: Campaign List
In the active campaign list, click on the customer’s email address to view the customer profile along with the capture page URL.
- Tip: If manually helping a customer update their card, click “copy” to paste this link in a message directly to your customer.
Method 2: Search for a Customer
Search for the customer directly on the Dashboard and Customers page using either the customer’s email address or customer ID (from your subscription management tool).
- Note: This works even if your customer hasn’t ever started a Churn Buster campaign.
