Capture links for specific customers
Churn Buster creates a custom card update page URL for each of your customers. You can send customers this link to update a credit card, even if the customer isn't in a campaign.
- If using a custom Capture link, the preferred card update page may be different from the link you'll find using the methods below.
Method 1: Click “Customer Details” in the Campaign
On the Customers page, click on the customer’s email address to view the campaign. Then click the “Customer Details” box in the upper right. You will see the unique capture page URL for the customer there.
- Tip: Click “copy” and you can paste this link in a message directly to your customer.

Method 2: Search for a Customer
Search for the customer directly on the Dashboard and Customers page using either the customer’s email address or customer ID (from your subscription management tool).
- Note: This works even if your customer hasn’t ever started a Churn Buster campaign.
