Active cancellation data (and customer feedback) inform which incentives will entice your subscribers the most.
Offering a discount can motivate subscribers to update their billing instead of letting their subscription lapse.
This can be included in emails with something as simple as:
Once you've updated your card, reply to this email with "YES" to get 20% off your next order.
Let the Churn Buster team know if you'd like to include a Quick Action discount link.
In later emails, you could add a gift offer to encourage subscribers to update their billing, with something like:
After updating your credit card, just reply to this email with “GIFT” and we’ll send you a special gift!
Sometimes subscribers don't respond to emails because they have too much product or would like to pause their subscription.
You can present these options in the email, or let the Churn Buster team know if you'd like to include a Quick Action link to let subscribers skip their next delivery.
Remind subscribers of why they don't want to lose their subscription. Consider outlining subscription benefits in one or more emails with something like:
"Don't miss out on: A-B-C."
