Multi-store Setup

Recharge merchants with multiple stores (for example, international vs. domestic stores) can use Churn Buster for all regions. Each Shopify store is connected within a single Churn Buster account.

  • With separate Churn Buster accounts, metrics are tracked separately so you can compare performance across stores.
  • You can also set up a custom process, like translated emails or fulfillment timing that is specific to a region.

To connect a new store, sign up here in a separate browser (or after logging out of your initial account).

  • Each account will have a unique email address as a login. You can append your email address (like sarah+uk@example.com) to replicate a separate user. Keep track of which email addresses are used to log in to which account.
  • Pricing of each account is based on the MRR for each individual store.
