The Swap offer type will offer the customer a different product than the one they are currently subscribed to.

Swaps are often used as a Targeted Offer (after a Reason has been chosen) when a customer has indicated they were unhappy with the subscribed product, or are interested to try something else.

Swaps are a custom option and are not enabled by default.
