Alerts

Set up campaign alerts so the right person on your team gets pinged at the right moment in a campaign.

Alerts let you keep an eye on certain campaigns or notify your team to step in when needed for a manual recovery.

Escalation

A high-value alert or a late-campaign escalation can be added as a campaign step to open a support ticket for at-risk subscribers. Learn more here.

As an easier alternative, we can bcc you whenever the final email goes out so you can monitor subscribers who are nearing the end of their campaign.

Bounced emails

You can get notified whenever emails bounce to prompt your team to correct inaccurate email addresses or find a better way to contact subscribers who can't be reached otherwise. Learn more here.
