How can my customers unsubscribe from campaign emails?
How customers unsubscribe from Churn Buster emails and what happens to an active campaign when they do.
Including "unsubscribe" links is not required (or recommended) in Churn Buster emails. Churn Buster only sends transactional emails — delivered on a per-customer basis (never "in bulk" to a list) for the sole purpose of resolving a payment issue.
Separating marketing and transactional email delivery systems enhances deliverability and guards domain reputation. This is a core benefit of using a service like Churn Buster to communicate billing issues.
Customers opt out of receiving dunning emails when their subscription is deactivated or payment method is updated.
