Swaps

How the Swap offer type works in Cancel Flows — offering a different product when a customer is on the wrong fit.

Targeted offer types:

The Swap offer type will offer the customer a different product than the one they are currently subscribed to.

Swaps are often used as a Targeted Offer (after a Reason has been chosen) when a customer has indicated they were unhappy with the subscribed product, or are interested to try something else.

Swaps are a custom option and are not enabled by default.

If you are interested in offering Swaps, you can start by sharing up to three of your best-selling products. Churn Buster will offer these contextually as part of your Cancel Flows to find which ones are the most successful.
