Churn Buster integrates with Gorgias. With this integration, you can create tickets in Gorgias for high-value recovery opportunities, keep track of customer billing issues in one location, easily access card update links, and take action with customers who need extra attention.

Escalation tickets

Churn Buster runs an automated process for recovering customers with billing issues. If customers are nearing the end of their campaign without a successful recovery, Churn Buster can open a ticket to prompt your team to step in for a manual save.

• Go to your campaign and make sure the Escalation is turned on.
• You can send these to a dedicated Gorgias inbox by filtering for notifications@churnbuster.io

Manage dunning replies in Gorgias

With Gorgias email forwarding, all replies to failed payment emails create a Gorgias ticket to handle customer inquiries in your normal workflow.

Bounce alerts
